Kari Sirianni is currently a fourth grade teacher in Northern Virginia. She has worked in this position since 2001. Prior to teaching in Virginia, she taught half-day in a second grade classroom while pursuing her master’s degree at West Virginia University. As an established teacher, she has had the opportunity to host both teacher cadets and student teachers. She has served in many different roles, including being a teacher representative for her school’s PTO, lead teacher for her grade level and a social science representative for the school.

Seju Shastry is a program manager with more than 20 years of software development experience and over a decade of education experience. Seju has led successful programs in all phases of diverse technology projects. She has managed multimillion-dollar projects, aligning business goals with innovative technology solutions to drive process improvements and bottom-line gains. She is an excellent communicator who leverages her technical, business and financial acumen to effectively manage diverse teams.
Jeff Sirianni was a 5th grade math teacher for 9 years in Florida and Northern Virginia. He graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA and received a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Jeff is currently a strategic and business consultant to numerous development stage companies. He assists clients with a broad range of consulting services in the areas of business development and education to strategic consultation. Jeff focuses his efforts on developmental stage companies, both public and private, as well as mature companies in need of operational support, business formation, funding introductions, business & strategic development, website development and/or public relations and marketing.
Amy Jones Staub is an elementary school teacher in Northern Virginia with over twenty years experience working with elementary age children. One of her interests is in developing curriculum that will engage and stimulate learners while reinforcing previously learned concepts. Amy fosters an interest in other educators by serving as a mentor to new teachers in her county and by hosting local high school student cadets that are interested in pursuing a career in education. Amy’s love for teaching and passion for her students created the desire for her to pursue this amazing opportunity with Education Endeavor.

Pranay Shastry has more than 30 years of experience in various educational settings including higher Ed, public schools and learning centers. Working with administrators, teachers, and students directly, Pranay has always kept a focus in advancing literacy by developing educational content that meets student needs. Designing programs by working collaboratively with others to improve student achievement and communicating effectively to colleagues and parents is one his core competencies. His strong focus is on customer satisfaction and loyalty with well-developed relations, motivation, management development and training.
